  • <>What products do you use ?

    We are proud to use the uk leading skincare brand Elemis. All of our staff are fully trained in the brand and really passionate about the results it gives.

  • <>Do you offer refunds ?

    In most circumstances we do not offer refunds. We will do everything possible to correct the problem and work with you to make the end result something that you are really happy with.

  • <>Where should I park ?

    You can park in a public car park that is directly opposite the salon. The prices start from 60p for 2 hours. It has a card payment facility available.

  • <>What happens if I am late for my session ?

    We politely ask that you are on time for your session.If you are late, your session will still end at the allocated time and therefore, you may miss your treatment slot. 

  • <>Do you accept card payments

    Yes, we accept cash or card payments. We currently don’t accept American Express.


  • <>Do you have any disabled facilities ?

    Our salon is in a beautiful old building, we have a split level on the ground floor. We will help you in any way possible to enable you to visit us. Please call to discuss further.

  • <>Do you make food on site ?

    No, we are specialised in all things beauty. We used outside caterers that are local to us. They all have the highest hygiene standards and deliver your food to us, fresh on the day.


  • <>Can I move my booking ?

    Yes, absolutely. We just need at least 72 hours notice so that we can let our caterers know and advertise the space.

  • <>Can I book using a gift voucher online ?

    Yes, just pop in the voucher code on the payment screen.

  • <>Can I smoke ?

    Yes, but only in the designated outside smoking area. Please be respectful and keep it clean. 

  • <>Can I cancel my booking?

    Yes. However, if we dont receive at least 72 hours notice to cancel or amend your session you will be charged in full as per our terms and conditions.
