Garden Rules

Please be kind and respectful to staff

Only smoke in the designated area and keep it clean that includes vapeing

Inform a member of staff if you’re feeling unwell

Be ready for your treatments on time

Swimwear or clothes must always be worn when in the garden


Terms & Condtions



We require up to date medical information for ALL guests.

Please get in touch as soon as you've made the booking if any guests have allergies and/or

dietary needs.

Please adhere to the garden rules at all times. Failure to do so will result in you and your guests

being asked to leave.

If you cancel or change your visit and 72 hours notice is not given you will be charged in full.

If you are late for your session, the end time will not change and your treatment times may have

to be reduced.

We don’t allow you to bring any food or drink onto the premises.

Whilst we have lockers available to you, we will not accept any liability for things being lost or

stolen. We recommend that you don't bring anything of high value with you.

If you are not happy with anything with regards to your visit, please contact us within 24 hours.
